The RTN team was led by Bohumir Rakusan (1900–1969), alongside members Jaroslav Fanta, Karel Osvald, Gabriel Urbanek, Alois Vystrcil, and Bedrich Dolezel. Together, they succeeded in creating innovative formulas, later patented under the names RTN33 – RETISIN (2), RTN112 – LYASTIN (3), and RTN121 – SILEXIL (4).
